Most of the processes Mr. Bickford does are confidential by Minnesota statute, Rule 114. A few, such as parenting consultant and custody evaluator are not, but are covered specifically by the policies below.

Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you information based on your request and to Bickford Mediation and independent representatives for purposes or providing services relating to our communications with you.
